The Golden Unicorns is a private Fellowship — designed by gay men, for gay men.
Founded in 2020, we have been bringing gay men together through curated in-person experiences across cities such as Barcelona, Berlin, Ibiza, Mexico City, and New York.
We have hosted over 100 Gaytherins, including mindfulness retreats, Pride celebrations in Barcelona for three consecutive years, and travel experiences in Ibiza, Sicily, and Berlin.
Since 2020, The Golden Unicorns has been bringing gay men together through Gaytherins, trips, dinners, and celebrations across different cities. Today, we continue creating these experiences — spaces where members meet, connect, and share real moments in person.
Alongside this, we are building our social commitment: Legacy — a commitment to honouring older gay men by creating moments of joy, connection, and celebration for them. As the Fellowship grows, this commitment grows with it.
What is a Unicorn?
A Unicorn is someone willing to connect — moving with intention, curiosity, and awareness. We honour individuality, and what unites us is a way of being. While anyone can recognise themselves as a Unicorn, The Golden Unicorns gathers gay men.

How do I join?
Download the app and tell us your story. We review every profile with care and guide the next step from there.
How does membership work?
Once your story is accepted, you choose your membership and gain access to the Fellowship, curated members, and Gaytherins around the world.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. We value freedom — if you no longer wish to be part of the Fellowship, you are free to leave.
A €11 + VAT administrative fee applies for each month started. The remaining balance for that month will be refunded.
How is my privacy protected?
Privacy is essential to the Fellowship.
Photos or videos are not taken during our events. All member information, profiles, and conversations remain private and are never shared.
Members agree to a confidentiality commitment when joining, creating a space built on trust and discretion.
What is a Gaytherin’?
A curated in-person gathering — from intimate ceremonies and private dinners to trips and Pride experiences. They take place around the world, wherever members come together.
What kind of connections can I expect?
Connections take the shape each member chooses to build. You can connect through the app and meet in person at Gaytherins around the world.
Is this only online?
The app is the doorway. The purpose lives in person.
What if there are no members near me yet?
You can still enjoy conversations and multimedia content within the Fellowship. We organise Gaytherins where the community grows — and we are always expanding.
